• All quotes and proposals are estimates unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing may change if project requirements or scope change.
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Payments must be made according to invoice terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate information, materials, and approvals on time.
• Ensuring they have rights to any content they submit.
• Responding to project communication within reasonable timeframes.

5. Intellectual Property

• All code, designs, and assets remain TechZoneLabs’ property until full payment is received.
• After full payment, ownership of custom work may be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
• TechZoneLabs retains the right to use completed work in portfolios, case studies, and internal documentation unless the client requests full confidentiality in writing.

6. Confidentiality

All project details, documents, communications, and shared information are treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

7. Limitations of Liability

TechZoneLabs is not liable for:

• Losses due to third-party services, hosting outages, payment gateways, or API failures
• Business or financial losses resulting from software usage
• Delays caused by missing client information or approvals

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may use APIs or services such as Firebase, Cloudflare, Google, Meta, WhatsApp APIs, or payment gateways. We are not responsible for changes or limitations caused by those platforms.

9. Project Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates.
• Delays may occur due to technical, client, or third-party factors.
• Bugs reported within the agreed warranty period will be fixed promptly.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Completed work up to the termination date must be paid for.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless otherwise stated.
